Objective: A position in a the automotive field to improve my knowledge and skills. Running of many different kinds of low pressure molding machines as well as, larger furnaces used to melt large quantities of metal and maintaining their operations. This includes working on and with large hydraulic pumps. Along with mechanical maintenance. Keep cleanliness within the work area, and machines. Fork truck operation. Welding if needed to fix problem. Must be able to multi task. And stay focused. @ [Welder/Floater] [04/2004-06/2006] [Featherlite Trailer Co.], [Cresco, Iowa] The ability to read and understand welding blueprints for the fabrication of many different kinds of trailer frames. Must be able to then measure, cut and construct the frame, from raw materials. Using a frame ejige, many different saws and steel and aluminum welders. Also ceiling hoists. To complete the frame to blueprints. Also must be neat and square. Must be able to read proper instructions for applying roof and side sheets on trailer depending on the order for that trailer. Without a scratch! Also apply roller assemblies to under carriage of trailer if called for. Also install windows, doors, and tires. Must be able to wire and install proper lights to trailer front to back! Must keep a clean work area free of clutter and debris.
